Stephen L. Reese, MPA, MS
Stephen is a health care professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. He has designed, implemented, monitored, evaluated and assessed several public and private programs designed to increase positive health outcomes. The program topics include, but are not limited to, adolescent obesity, smoking cessation, health behavioral modification, diabetes prevention, the Affordable Care Act and HIV/AIDS/substance abuse prevention. Mr. Reese has supported CSAT Performance Measures by conducting several GPRA trainings: Web-based Data Entry, Introduction to Follow-up Techniques, Advanced Follow-up Techniques, and Using GPRA Data to Improve Program Performance (Basic and Intermediate levels). He has extensive experience providing technical assistance to Youth Offender Re-entry Programs, Offender Re-entry Programs, SBIRT, ATR, and PPW programs. He has advised and assessed SAMHSA grantees regarding program requirements via technical assistance and training throughout the continental United States and its territories including Guam and the U.S. Virgins Islands.
